  • Within the therapeutic experience, Griffin Chapple, LCSW works to create a comfortable, compassionate, and fun environment, free from shame and judgement.

Together, we will work to utilize evidence-based methods, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), so that you may experience a sense of balance, regulation, and peace.

Learn about Griffin

“I am excited to work with those who are curious about what positive change may be like or those who are ready to take a leap and change their life for the better! My typical clients are those who may be looking to manage depression, anxiety, ADHD, substance misuse, trauma, stress, or low self-confidence. My ideal client is one that is open to feedback and may want an objective point of view on their presenting problems.

I began practicing social work in 2018 and have been working as a clinician in Connecticut helping teens, adults, and families since the start of 2023. The fundamental part of my approach is to build a strong relationship with my clients from the moment we connect, whether you are looking for specific, solution-focused treatment or long-term guidance and companionship.

Accepting the need to change or looking for help can be an intimidating experience, so let me thank you for taking the first step and making it this far. If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, substance misuse, low self-esteem, ADHD, or other problems causing you distress, please know that you are not alone. I'm here for you!”
